The code and hosting
They belong to LVS Solutions while your monthly subscription is active — that's what lets us keep the setup fee so low.
Buying out, any time
You can buy out the code and hosting of your site whenever you want, and become its full owner.
In short: you're never stuck, and you never pay the full price of a custom build up front.
That's the balance of the subscription model: an accessible setup fee, in exchange for a clear commitment and an always-open exit — the buyout.
Frequently asked questions
This model lets us offer a $199 setup fee for a showcase website or $599 for a solution with payments and user management. Development costs are partly spread across the monthly subscription.
Yes. Your domain and content follow you. The site itself stays hosted by LVS Solutions while the subscription is active, or can be bought out.
